site. I’m gonna go to plugins Go to install plugins then you see this
add new button, so I click there I can search for Hotjar over here in the
search bar and we show our official plugin as the first result. You click
that button installing… installed. so we activate the plug-in and they will see
this activated here so we can go to settings now and go to Hotjar and now you can see that you’re prompted to visit your Hotjar site list to find unique site ID. So I’ve
got a site here that I’m ready to plug in You want to go to settings, sites and organisations and here you’ll see your site ID in the left column. So we can just copy,
paste into this box then Save Changes then you’ll see the Hotjar script is installed, site ID 1181185 which is actually a really nice
number and then click here to verify your installation BOOM!

your instructor has the ability to provide you with feedback on your work. Depending upon how your instructor chooses to communicate,
feedback can appear in several ways. You might receive a grade comment,
a rubric, or mark-ups directly on your assignment. We’ll talk about how to view each of these using an assignment my instructor
has already graded. From within my course, I’ll click My Grades. There's quite a few items in my list, so I'm going to click Graded
to narrow it down. Here I can see the title and
due date of the assignment, a preview of my instructor’s grade comments,
the last time my assignment was opened, and; if I scroll over, my grade. First, let’s take a look at the grade comments. Hover the mouse over the assignment and
see the arrow that appears? Click the arrow to expand the box. Now we can see the entire grade feedback. According to the feedback,
it looks like my instructor wants me to check my assignment for mark-ups. To check for mark-ups, click the assignment’s name. The Review Submission History page appears. From here, I can scroll
to review the assignment or click on a specific mark-up
to jump to that spot. These marks will be a pretty useful reminder
for my next assignment. I can see from this icon that
my instructor has also included a rubric for me to review. I’ll click the icon, and in the Rubric Detail box, I can change how the information appears

hello and welcome to our series for tools for product managers project managers and project owners I've got to envision here which is a user experience testing tool it allows you to collaborate experiment and test much more effectively and efficiently a big part of the design process is validating and nailing the detail this product Gunny allows you to iterate quickly elevate quality and ship fast freehand makes it a breeze to sketch draw and wireframe and get instant feedback on working complex designs so I didn't find anywhere for the pricings as I understand it you have to sort of contact the owner so you've got a mobile prototype here you've got a wireframe for an app that's been drawn freehand you've got whole loads of different elements in the library you can create a particular board you can have a board with photographs on you can have sort of freehand navigational flow flows you can either develop on a mobile web or tablet and then you can actually have an architecture document freehand so please like comment and share this video I am expecting to do a more in-depth demonstration of this particular tool so please follow or subscribe to my channel thank you very much for your time I will see you on the next video thank you very much goodbye

e [Musique] bonjour mon nom et du seeland rio je suis un chômeur clinicienne ou si elle sait plateau mont royal 5 du parc et des faubourgs et je travaille en périnatalité donc finatel post natal depuis plusieurs années en fait ça fait 22 ans que je fais de l'allaitement du support à l'allaitement et ça fait au moins une quinzaine d'années que j'avais envie de suivre cette formation là de devenir consultante en allaitement j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir commencer cette formation là il ya 18 mois et de suivre la formation en ligne que j'ai trouvé super intéressante j'ai terminé le monde 10e module il ya pas tellement longtemps et malgré fait que j'ai quand même d'expérience clinique j'ai appris beaucoup et en plus des connaissances que ça m'apporte ça me permet vraiment de pouvoir expliquer des choses à mes collègues de parler avec les médecins de faire la promotion encore plus de l'allaitement avec toutes les connaissances que j'ai et je pense que c'est un atout comme infirmière aujourd'hui de pouvoir pratiquer avec avec ses connaissances là en plus mais il reste l'examen a passé qui sera en octobre prochain et donc la révision va commencer bientôt pour tout les tubes pour passer cet examen mais je pense qu'aujourd'hui c'est une formation qui est vraiment un plus comme infirmier clinicien dans mon travail merci [Musique]

ladies and gentlemen welcome to the channel and I am very very excited to announce this is the first video with I guess you'd call it sponsored content now I didn't receive any money for this but work pro was nice enough to send me a socket set and I want to guarantee you guys that I'm gonna maintain the utmost the highest level of morals and integrity when it comes to taking a look at the word Pro Tools the best to money can buy way better than snap on a Mac a Matco or Pro Tools so let's again actually maybe let's talk quick first how this kind of came about Neil the maintenance man which I'm just gonna have to put a plug in every single video that I do because we're just burrowing down real hard he talked about a pair of pliers and those pliers were identical to these players these are the Mastercraft maximum slip joint pliers I've had these for years they were actually in one of my I think my first video I might have been using these things these are a decent set of pliers especially for the coin I've used and abused these things for some time I mean you know you look at the deflection on the handle like I'm I can brief and down on it they're a solid set of pliers so I saw that they're identical to them I'll put a picture in here you can see they're exactly the same thing so I emailed Canadian Tire and I said hey just a quick question you know are you guys manufacturing tools for work Pro to try and get into the US market or what's actually going on here nothing absolutely fuck-all Canadian Tire is one of the worst companies as far as transparency of who's making their I think they just shop it out every six months to be honest with you I know their cordless lines mean by Dewalt Black & Decker but that's a whole other can of worms so anyways I went on Instagram and iMessage work pro I said hey are you guys what's the relationship with Master Craft maximum and they said well you know what let me look into that for you and sure enough great star manufacturing which is the subsidiary company the the the the big Hoss bundle ooh that has a bunch of different other companies under it is the private label manufacturer for the Mastercraft maximum player line now the maximum line is Canadian tires upscale player line so that actually bowed quite well for the build quality these tools this shit's alright and then also their master craft maximum line which my box is absolutely loaded with and I've been using apparently I've been using I want to say work pro but it's great star tools forever and I was looking at a few of their like their corporate tree I have I almost guarantee I guarantee that you guys at least have handled one of their tools in the past so anyways we got to talking and they were nice enough to send me send me something here and we're gonna go through it and they're looking for some some feedback I guess and we're gonna give it to him here's the item in question the work Pro W zero zero three zero four to eight hundred and sixty four piece mechanics tool set I took a little peek at this and actually not quite as crusty as I was initially anticipating the the hand tools have gotten so much easier to manufacture I mean like it's just pretty basic stuff like they got it down to a science and the fact they've been private labeling for all these different companies they kind of know what's what I think while they're doing with the work proline is essentially just cutting out the middleman they say that hey we're gonna market these tools that we're manufacturing and sell them ourselves it gives a so I'm hoping you know I haven't really looked to too much of the pricing in Canada everything's all anyways as far as pricing some concern so going to Engel and Amazon and search them up I think they're gonna do most their business through Amazon so so we'll dive right into it the first off we got the ratchets one thing I know is right off the hop the the work Pro that's stamped in there he's not quite centered on the ratchet if you look at the other ones that's on the quarter drive look there that one's a lot better not one here a little bit off in the rhubarb right yeah you know come on guys come on the ratchets themselves actually don't sound too bad they're fairly relatively fine to use Roger that's usually my biggest bitch about you perk it like it is the ratchets are the horrific but these actually seem like to be a usable ratchet I don't like the fixed head ratchets that's a whole other complaint but as far as a you know a fix ratchet it seems like it might be usable the one thing it does utilize is the man this is gonna be a focusing nightmare they have the the quick-release and I to be honest with you I'm not a fan of the quick-release just rely on the ball detent to retain the socket and off because when you're you know when you're under something or you're working in a weird spot you're building the mystery you're choosing so carefully building it anyways alright so you know you're down there and then all of a sudden you got a piece of wire loom you're trying to get all cocky levered action into and then that button gets depressed and then the socket comes applying off so that's a real pain rate that cunning linguist for sure so it would be nice if they just ditch that completely and went to just a strictly ball detent system and getting rid of that would also strengthen up your your square drive as well gives a little more meat there that's what all the professional tools are using we're falling into the big trap that a lot of the Asian manufacturers are getting into to be honest with you cheap tools I've had a lot of good luck with cheap tools I don't break much because I use the tools for what they're intended for but my biggest bitch about these Asian manufactures every single one of them they skip sizes so work pro if you're listening and if you want to be taken serious as a manufacturer and maybe find your way into some professionals boxes you need to make a more comprehensive line of non skip metric stuff 100% then you might be taken seriously so let's well I guess while we're on that main vein we'll well dig into it also I'm getting a definite feel I think the cobalt the cobalt to look very similar they have the colored blue and red insert depending that delineates your SAE to metric so let's see if I can get in on oh my god okay very carefully [Applause] okay man I tell you guys I think that might be the first time anyone's could open a blow moulding case listen to Sarah McLaughlin in history of YouTube but I tell you it was a Blastoise and check out the little Krusty surprise oh you're not gonna focus today at all are you dirty bastard come on look at that huh the kid that did that should be fired so so these are the rods that go in and hold the hinges together on the blow molded case the one side is a knurled to grab tight you know tight against the plastic and then they tapered it I'm assuming just to make it a little bit easier to slam this together so the whole thing was sheared off and then they just you know put her on the old bench grinder and give her the twist twist duration technique I will say pretty thick pretty thick rods are these this is the worst so my good is at work okay so yeah there you go they're metal actually pretty nice job in a blow molded case it wasn't I wasn't acting I was really putting out on that thing and she didn't want to come part so the reason I did that just so we get a better look at the assortment of sockets that are coming with this with this kit and this is this is where I think I mean the tools are fine there would be a about the tools don't worry about the tools I haven't broken that I like the cheapest shittiest you know that the socket set that you buy in you know at the grocery store I've never cracked a socket using it as an actual sock ratchets are a whole other story but the sockets themselves the sockets of sockets a socket you know I'm sure if some guys are gonna get up in arms on that but you know I'm being facetious facetious fisting it anyways so immediately when I took a look at this that this assortment I thought hey they really knocked her out of the park there's six point four mil five point five mil that's a huge one that's a big win usually the cheap kits don't include the five point five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve and thirteen and fourteen they even went one more that you know they could stop her thirteen that's a good assortment of non skip core Dr shallows very very well done honestly the SAE to be honest with you I could give a rat's ass about an SAE 5/32 3/16 7/32 quarter 9/32 5/16 and 1132 if anybody gives a nobody does because nobody uses SAE in a professional environment coming down to the I think this is the oh that's the 3/8 stuff here we have thirteen sixteenths and then whatever all the way down to 3/8 on the okay sorry down a quarter inch on the 3/8 drive so you have quarter 5/16 3/8 7/16 half 9/16 five-eighths eleven sixteenths recorder and thirteen sixteenths which like I said nobody gives a about SAE then you come down to your 3/8 drive sockets ok 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 shallow drive 3/8 sockets very well done no skip very comprehensive set perfect that sounds great now we come over here we're getting into the half-inch stuff we got the big 1 inch or and let's just take a quick look at the sockets themselves you always want to look at the inside of the soggy you can you can polish a turd on the outside but you look at the inside actually not bad no flashing marks the chrome looks consistent on the outside and the inside look so just look at the straight line of that the reflection as I rotate this if it stays in focus which it won't but you see that the the reflection is not all wavy gravy that means that it's actually a pretty good chroming job this is a good you can kind of see the sockets they are all engraved which is really nice and good vivid big lettering which is nice we have the paint ring here which how long is that going to last I don't know I went although too much holds and it got some knurling down at the the Shafter er which is great I love a knurled socket don't get me wrong but I feel like the knurling would be a little bit better served up here where you can actually grip the socket as opposed to here where you know you're trying to get into it here at the ratchet right here you're not really gonna be gripping it there so that's what the sockets were looking like then you come up to the half-inch size we got 14 15 16 17 18 and 19 in the half-inch drive pretty comprehensive I will say now we'll look at a few of the accessories here we have these swivels the screwdriver nothing to write home but she's just a Shenzhen special plastic with the butylene overmolding a little bit of shape just do that kind of triangulation shape to give her a little bit better ergonomics but it's whatever it's one of the cheap interchangeable screwdriver bit deals now the universal I'm go with the half-inch first oh the focus for snakes just taking a quick look at it not too bad I'm not a huge fan of these universals to begin with the one thing I will say it's a big-ass Universal that's big there's a little bit too much meat there you got a lot of gap egde there a lot of gap egde there when you're using these you're trying to get into tight spots and this is almost there almost too thick now the half-inch you can say okay well that's a half inch but they got the same problem on the quarter the skirting the the the skirt portion of it down here is too long the whole thing needs to be just shrunk down a little bit more than you might have a wee NER but it is nice that they include them all set up we got here the extensions this is the standard problem with every single Chinese manufacturer the extensions are way too short I mean they're just trying to save that extra tiny little bit of Steel relatively well-built knurled chroming it's an extension and let's just take a look here you got your half inch extension she's coming in at a whopping three and it was at 2 and 3/4 inch something like that and let's see what it is in Hector Newton's here 7 Hector Newtons quick look at the the Allentown Pennsylvania is here a bit of a different setup it's just a stamped piece of coal on aluminium if you will make sure those those are steel stamped an anodized piece of aluminium and they do have some false neurs here that basically just you can torque them now this one's a little bit Lucy you see that you see it Lucy er loose ears Frank so I would suggest put a little bit of Loctite on those things and then set the tension right because this is a little floppy kako Houlihan I actually don't mind this I think it would be okay but these things are not really used too much in a professional environment they are handy for a kit like this but you know you don't really whip something like this out of work just a quick looking look at the the how and keys there okay now I do like the chroming that's what we have included one point five two two point five three four five and six once again no skipping I like it and then in this one here just quickly before we move on where did I see it was it the other one yeah right here check that oh you see how crusty that looks the pictures not really doing a justice but there definitely is some corrosion build-up there or the chroming process didn't really really take there I'm also curious okay it isn't steel fastener just just the just the shine on she's got a bit of a aluminium an aminium kind of feel to haze that's all right and then you just got your generic bits I'm not even waste any breath on those so that's kind of the majority of it and like I said I'm gonna bust one of these apart I mean we'll take that out this is where things start going a little bit sideways for the work Pro stuff we got seven eight nine ten eleven mil in the deep which is fine but why would you not make your quarter deep with the same variety as your quarter shallow because if I'm gonna put these in a socket organizer I have like you know whatever five more sizes of the shallow is that I that I have over the deep and to be honest you know deep five point five and a deep six and you know that would go a long way to make this more of a professional kit that's where you phase out all this junk maybe keep this you know for a bit driver and and give me a full set of the the deep at least match it up to what you have there the what is it four mil to fourteen that's a pretty good assortment whatever five sixty nine thirty Seconds quarter seven thirty Seconds 3/16 and quarter drive then we come down to the three-eighths deep we're running into the same problem they skipped a size ten don't tell me it's the same as seven sixteenths twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen no sixteen no 17 and then we're going to 18 I guess the reason they're doing this is because on the you know on the on the deeper sockets essentially have twice as much material here but like like I said if you want to be taken serious as a professional and you maybe find your way into a you know at least an apprentices toolbox you got to give people full non skip sets a hundred percent though look at the people in the marketplace that started doing that son XD wrench Astro gray pneumatic all these companies they started doing no skip sets guess what professionals are using them there you go work pro just saying now another little idiosyncrasy you lay shenmue Curie here they're going with the the 12 point out of the blue here on the shallow 3/8 drive now what I would suggest if you want to offer 12 point here's what I would do let's rework this kit let's work through it together get rid of the sae throw that right in the garbage give me a full set of the six point and then if you want a pepper in a few you know a few of the twelve point in the deep and the shallow not just a shallow deep and shallow once again matching them up you know if you I got a a 10mm twelve point in the shallow you better give me a ten millimeter twelve point in the deep I'm just saying that sounds like the worst Adele song ever written so we got the ten mil the 12 milli skipped 11 13 14 15 no 16 they do have 17 but they're not offering 18 let's take a quick look at the interior of the 12 point it looks alright I mean like I said there's don't worry about the sockets the sockets a lost that's not the problem the problem is what are you offering me as a professional we have the sparkplug saga here we only got it in the what size is this here thirteen sixteenths you got the big ol or rubber boot on the inside over there see that going deep I don't really use these to be honest with you I was always taught you crack it with a normal socket and then you run the thing out with a spark plug boot but that's just kind of that's how I was brought up these things are useless you can take those throw them right in the garbage we don't no one's going to use those and then we go up to the box end wrench is here 10 no 11 12 13 14 15 no 16 and 17 mil right here we got 5/16 3/8 7/16 1/2 9/16 5/8 and let's just take a quick look-see at the there we go so let's take a look at a mount on end make sure we don't see any you know kind of weirdness it's so hard to focus on the Chrome apparently they do make a black oxide set of the of this same set it looks good this here I understand what they're trying to do I don't think that's gonna last let me get a little something let me get a little something something just to see give her the old scratch-and-sniff here right it might last them sockets because the because the way they did it the bevel they did like a drop fill it and then they filled it in with that paint or epoxy or whatever they're using but something like this these ratchets or restore these wrenches exposed to the element length at that's gonna last you all of about a week I would say you look at the stamping come on look at the stamping on your you're boxed side for a lack of a better term looks okay slate offset decent chrome like I said there okay I've been using this type of for what actually hold on I have an idea one second this is that little gear inch bit ratchet I know I'm all over the place there's wanting to see and I mean you technically could use it in there but it's probably exactly the same width is just putting a the normal adapter on with a socket if anything it's a little bit longer nevermind I stick to my guns they're useless don't even bother if you won't put a hex drive adapter so that pretty much covers a kit like I said the quality doesn't seem to half bad but it just would be nice to have a little bit better of an assortment like I said you know this is good for a homeowner and I understand why they're offering what they're offering but the homeowner market is saturated if you want to try and slip like actually slang some tools give us mechanics an assortment that we can at least attempt to use because we'll try anything once listen I mean we got into this trade for a living we're obviously not very smart people so no oh boy I'm gonna get some backlash for that one alright let's dig into that ratchet so there's your fasteners it's a fine thread very well maybe nothing special just phosphor coated no the Frick D etat ode oh come on different size different size torques faster front door ear he's on my face here the irony is that this tool is also probably made by them too I mean they're just taking over the world here okay let's try this see this is their eight size friggin big come on my glass is here just an elderly gentleman at this point Karina Katherine are on alright big reveal time here we're just gonna pop the old skirt off of her we have got just a let's see here that's stamped steel yep you can see here she's got the the tapered look to her might not be picking that up on camera that's indicative of the stamping process now we look inside it's got the double double Paul system here now I'm guessing okay so what we're doing is okay stay in focus this is gonna be the challenge here you see that as you switch directions the Paul's are going to swap as well so I can move them move this way here work against that spring tension but then when I come the other way like that it's gonna walk up so let's see if we can bust this out alright dry like bone dry that thing is dry baby let's throw a little whisper of grease in there if that was me but you know whatever I'm not some multinational tool manufacturer same thing they're just going with the the phosphor phosphor coating which is fine it's alright it's pretty corrosion resistant we actually use that lots in the oil industry as well but I just dull the ratchet the teeth I guess themselves now I don't know if that schmooze from my hands or it's from the manufacturing process but just looking for any teeth that are peeing over look like they've been kicked anything that no it looks alright not too half bad I suppose we have got a little pre-loaded all the the framing huh let's see here get this out of the way let's get a little wave wash up here you see that wavy gravy action on it that's just to I guess that's just for alignment or to hold some preload or tension hold that thing in alignment to make sure it's making good contact with the with the Paul teeth now I am NOT going to open this up because once you get a spring and spring in here it's a pain rate in a cunning linguist so let's let's just take a look here and I will have to admit the interior doesn't look half bad there's no there's no rough machining marks so to speak the springs look a little bit on the the chintzy air side but I'm guessing the reason why they're so light is because they're trying to give that give it more of a professional finger tip II kind of feel with the ratchets the selector comes in good amount of meat on that that thing I would definitely say the focus oh my god a good amount of meat on that thing coming in which is actuated your balls and a nice little feature here the the the teeth the locking teeth are actually going in all the way on the on the actual like it's not just you know they're not just using half of the the bite area it's going to full the full meal deal the full diameter across there so that gives you a little bit extra strength these cheap ratchets are usually pretty strong like I said but they're just they're usually the usability on them so low that they're just junk but like I said the chrome insides not flake and not peel and doesn't look like there's anything that would be of concern these the Paul's are all serialized which you notice right here 1272 right 1272 left i wonder oh no should dare i I wonder if the backsides label the opposite I wonder if the backsides labeled no no labeling no labeling on the backside so they are taking the time to actually go through and stamp these out now this is gonna probably be a sintered metal because you can see it's got that little reg around the edge there you can just catch it right right in there you see that that's indicative of that you know goes through that pill press process gets punched heated up granules a metal grow together and then they just crank out them so it's not it's not a forged piece there's no forging marks or any type of what's the word heat treatment on here all it is is just a punch centered piece and last there was some sort of heat treating process and they took the extra time and added expense to do a vibratory tumblin or sandblasted but I'm I'm wondering I think that's probably just straight hot and fresh up thus kitchen the inside doesn't look too bad though I will say what about nice see a little grease on here so I was gonna put it back to get a dry and I might let's see if I can try and count out the actual tooth count on just getting this thing back together I didn't notice looks like she's time to change out the tooling there she's getting a little grabby when they're cutting the tape route for the Bulls you're not gonna ever see that but what we know it's there we know it's there if you focus we know it's there you see that pretty crusty maybe they're just using that place a lock tight though they put that rough surface on there on purpose right yeah yeah I was thinking so counting around I came up with 72 tooth which is a common ratchet size and actually nothing to scoff at 72 tooth I want to say I think this is a 72 tooth ratchet as well my jaw a lot smaller so it feels a lot finer but I was expecting or honestly when they first said eh we'll send this off to you I was thinking like 50 and like I said that's my biggest problem that I think that Dewalt torque wrench that I had tested was around a 50 or 52 to thrash it so like I said the ratchets themselves aren't too bad so there you go boys I got a few more items coming from work Pro I don't know if I'll put a link down below just just go on Amazon you can search them if you're interested in hi welcome today I'm going to be talking about using Trello for my web design services when you're going through a project whether it's web design or a landing page or whatever whatever you mean chances are we're going to use one of these boards to communicate and it's going to look something like this this is my my example board so we'll go through this now and take a look at it so to start and you'll get an invite from me to create an account on Trello and all I have to do up here on show menu and invite so I can invite and then you'll get another invite or you'll get an invite to use Trello when you log in it will look something like this and you'll have your project name on sort of web design and just click on that card and it'll bring up a loop pull up the card check out sweet a card looks like i customized it with all of you but will have project info contacted for me Trello help you can put this for video official Jared and tips on using this so each column is a is a list so this right here is all a list and each topic a white triangle is a card and you'll automatically be subscribed there's my welcome you know inviting me to the board you aren't that so reach you can subscribe to the whole board so I will once I add you on to the members section you will be automatically subscribed and this little green check will be checked off here knowing that you watch you're watching a board so you'll get updates when someone adds a comment to a card or updates so it's really easy to keep communication all in one place and organized by my type of type of card and where we're at specifically in project so lastly we got uploading files and so each card you can upload a file so instead of like having a Dropbox or whatever we can do everything in keep everything here you can upload directly from your computer from Trello from your Google Drive Dropbox onedrive or anywhere online you just paste the hyperlink in here and click the attach button and it will be attached on below here you can attach here attach picture and yeah you can cover the page people so then all we have to do is come here and you can see that you know we needed to upload a file here see a little icon down here with a paperclip quickly glance and say ok is an attachment there and how many phenoms this permanent it also stores the full file size so you don't have to worry about it losing losing quality on a by Soaring here so it's a really cool place to just everything together and takes a little getting used to I'll admit but once once you get used to it and you work in trouble a little bit it's it's really great honestly close us up so that that's your intro list here and then move on to the backend things so all your information for your add-ons plugins anything you might already have like MailChimp Constant Contact your Facebook page that right you can calendar any of that good stuff you just add a comment here type in your username login information and this is a prime for it so it's only that's right you have to be invited to be on the board so nobody can see this information publicly so we can just keep it all here and and have all that information stored together this is a project credentials this is really important so it's like WordPress hosting Google SEO stuff I purchased domain stuff and payment gateways use PayPal membership details precise like a membership type of a site so once all these phases of milestone 1 are completed we can just come here and check it off and I basically essentially close this up keep it for a reference but move on the milestone to once we got all this stuff collected which is your site design inspiration so in here you'll have a couple of sites you can check if you choose to you know idea but what you won't care you're looking to your website and I'll have some helpful information here and your check and you just as you do your research and figure out what you like don't like in general vibe you want to go for your site you just add in a comment here and send it up and then we can move on to your logo branding materials and Center this has all your information that you need to create a logo or a brand for your startup or your rebranding bunch of websites I have an account on Envato elements which has a ton of resources for us to use and it's all free for you my paper okay for the license for all my clients it's a great place to start before you go to always paid sites or some of the other free sites online it's just as professional quality and already have a license for it through me so it's a really good place to start color lover and its inspiration and logo inspiration stuff there too in fonts typically I'd say which already my clients use a lot they like on google fonts it's free it's open source and I can I can embed it on a website easily and they're built for the web so they'll really start well has a good collection it's just a good place to start for that too here we need competitors so top three competitors and other sites that you're competing against I might be local even international or through an online type of a brand or if like you're a local pizza shop which ones are in the area so we can see who you're up against we could also see where they're how they're performing in search engines and get ahead of the game for you and once milestone two's closed out we can move on to site population and this is where we set up the site map so like your navigation structure across the top of the page or your mobile menu and these are all the pages that you want on your website so you can just add a comment in add this list in but this is your standard or standard navigation and then your home page so in adding copy here I just a comment with all your copy text I can write through a plagiarism if you like and if not Nestle big deal a lot of people request that and then we can discuss which sections you want on your page like you're a big zero image a big video right when you first come on the page I called it actually button to get someone to sign up for something or purchase something and add social media feeds a gallery contact form a map a couple image tiles with your recent blog posts so stuff like that those features that you wanna see on the home page when people first visit your site you can list those here and then wireframe out and take a look tell me how I want them arranged on the page and then finally images and like I said you can start on in final elements and here are a bunch of websites that I like pixels I use a lot covered Axio it's a good collection but all these have have good high quality pictures that you can use in the free again you can just add the link here and just you can't let me let me know what you want it's under comment and then some that same process that we did for the home page is going to be repeated for each page and I put that helpful info on each one for you to use so we'll pay you know if a page is could be here about page what you know what copy do you want on there what sections and I'll set it all up and if you have any images you know personal photo of yourself you can attach it here there's this photo anything you know business anything anything you working on here feel free to attach it to the page to your car that you want to use so you can put your home page photos intention here for the landing page so and so on so I have a card here for additional images and videos are here for products and services if you have kind of products and yourself so typical categories I need an employee to to start creating products and I can also you can also do that I don't like a spreadsheet if you want to do a blog we talked about back here and then once all on the site its populated we have all the copy that you more and signed off on the images and stuff and all that's ready to go then sign up on this milestone and then I I've in there within this process I've been working but for the most part I need a little bit of time and then we can view the work in progress and I'm either going to be working with my testing server or on your server if you already have one behind my gun you know coming soon landing page of some sort you know your social media or a logo on it contact but I will give you where you could be a website and project and process progress excuse me and then we can discuss we can discuss that so this is your first round of feedback this is where you can talk back to me and tell me what you like and don't like so I use Trello for all of this time management and documentation and then envision I use for documentation on give me actually feedback on on a specific website so here um there'll be a plug in here for envision I don't know why it's here right now but typically they'll be a button right here under attachment and it's for an envision and it'll be an external link and I'll link it up to your specific that's why I have it this is my sample one but I'll create an envision board for us and it's really just a photo of your website in action that you can see live but you can just click in make comments specifically where you want to make changes it'll pull all that data back here into Trello so you can see it in both places but it's a really powerful tool that web designers used to get feedback on the actual design and functionality of the website so so we'll use a combination of these two tools at this state stage and then then we'll be all set I'll be live right after this but anyway so this is your first round of feedback and like I said that'll be on envision and you'll see here two second round the feedbacks after you sign off on the homepage and I go back and make some minutes and come back and do the second round here yeah plugins are add-ons that we need to do some specific ads on this is a card for that like if you have purchased a plugin for Facebook and you want to customize this would only show us you know want your last Facebook post and no photo and just the text we can do stuff like that you talked about it here and then when you have just a final round of feedback after you've given a last look over everything and we've tested everything now from your forms to functionality and again we'll do that one less time for in comments and envision but at this point you should be pretty close to being done and then after we're done with the website use sign up for maintenance we set that up after your SEO and to make sure we have a backup your site was was launched we and brand-new and squeaky and from there you can protect your site from hacks and outages you don't perform routine backups monitor your search engine performance and all that stuff is covered and I highly recommend it and yeah so we'll handle all that at this stage right before their launch set all that up and after that slip launched it projects done such a good live and you can send in your remaining balance payment on the website and over live and I'll hand over the admin keys to you in addition to you've already had a login to probably be the website while I'm setting it up so but at this point know you'll get all that information and then also set up to honest and custom documentation just setting you're explaining how to log in and edit a post create a new post and the media are uploading via and just your basic stuff that you need because everything else will be taken care of on here maintenance plan I'll handle all your updates you know all that all that stuff that needs to be done to keep your WordPress safe and secure so you won't have to worry about any of that stuff where potentially I'm messing up your brand-new site so but you'll have your custom documentation and your cycle is live to do the stuff you need to get done and so you keep your site updated and here I've anyhow links I might have ebooks or guides I might be pertain to your specific project and finally this is where to get help in the future I'm not going to go anywhere so here's comment on a board anytime I have a message on Facebook tweet me email me call me whenever you need know me that's usually best result but I'm always around I'm always working and I'm always here for you so that is Trello and last but not least which I got this menu here as you can
